After graduating from Pepperdine University, she worked for Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage in Los Angeles for seven years. Tracey relocated to Southern Colorado, where she developed and sold large acreage subdivisions and in 1990 co-founded WoodsCrest Log Homes. Her professional expertise in log home building, design and sales led ultimately to investing her time and efforts to the business of real estate brokerage.

Since 1990, Tracey Woods has designed and supplied over 300 custom log packages in Colorado.
